SJC Completes Sale of CVS Pharmacy in Missouri City, Texas for $2.3 Million
Tulsa, OK, January 11, 2012, – Stan Johnson Company, Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation's premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 10,600 square-foot, free-standing , retail building 100% leased to CVS located at 1610 Cartwright Road in Missouri, Texas for $2.3 million.
Jim Gibson, Director in the Houston office at Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, an Investor from Illinois, and the buyer, an Institutional-REIT out of Illinois. The property featured a long-term lease with attractive option periods.
The CVS property is located just off of the heavily- trafficked Texas Parkway and Cartwright Road on a strong signalized corner. The property is located in a high growth area 20 miles south of downtown Houston. Nearby retailers include Bank of America, Hartz Chicken Buffet, Walgreens, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Dollar General, and McDonalds.
