SJC Completes Sale of Cheddar's Ground Lease in Sugarland, Texas for $1.82 Million
Tulsa, OK, February 6, 2012 – Stan Johnson Company, Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation's premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 2.9 acre parcel, 100% leased to Cheddar’s located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Bonaventure Way in Sugarland, Texas for $1.82 million.
Jim Gibson, Director in the Houston office at Stan Johnson Company represented the buyer, an individual investor from Beaumont, Texas. The property featured a new, long-term lease with attractive option periods and rental increases.
The Cheddar's property is located just off of the heavily- trafficked State Highway 6 in a strong retail corridor and rapidly developing area. The property is located in a high growth area 30 miles south of downtown Houston. Nearby retailers include Walmart, HEB, Sam's Club, Hilton Garden Inn, Compass Bank, Lifetime Fitness, Bank of America, CVS Pharmacy, Denny's, Payless, Panera Bread, McDonalds, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
