SJC Completes Sale of a Dollar General in Milan, New Mexico

Tulsa, OK, January 10, 2012,  – Stan Johnson Company, Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation's premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 9,026 square-foot retail store, 100% leased to Dollar General Corporation, located on 0.96 acres in Milan, New Mexico.

Senior Director, Gill Warner, of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, a retail developer from New Mexico. William Snow represented the buyer in the transaction, an individual investor out of Colorado. The property featured a new, 15-year, NNN lease. The newly-constructed store is situated along Route 66, the main thoroughfare for Milan.
