SJC Hires New Associate in the Houston Office

Tulsa, OK, January 17, 2012,  – Stan Johnson Company, Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation's premier net lease brokerage firms, has named Todd Moore as Associate in its Houston office. Moore is the ninth broker to join the company's Houston office since its launch in September 2008.

Moore will work with Director, Jim Gibson, in the Houston office. His primary focus will be on developing relationships with key clients and industry professionals in the net lease market. "Todd will be a great asset to the Houston office, and I look forward to working with him as we continue to expand the SJC platform," said Gibson.

Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company Moore worked as a Development Manager with Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) in Houston. There he was responsible for real estate development and public-private partnership opportunities. Before his time with S&P, Todd worked as a Real Estate Financial Analyst with Camden Property Trust. There he performed underwriting of acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects throughout Texas and across the country.
