SJC Completes Sale of Walgreen's for $4.945 M

RUSTON, LA, February 24, 2010 – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 14,550 square foot free-standing Walgreens Pharmacy retail store 100% leased to Walgreens Corporation located on 1.6 acres in Ruston, Louisiana to a Private Investor for $4.945 million. Gill Warner of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, a retail developer, and Rod Pickney and Chad Byerly of Stan Johnson Company represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction. “Our valuable relationships with our clients have made us an expert in the retail single tenant market.
