SJC Completes Sale of Four-Tenant Shopping Center in ID for $1.725 Million

BLACKFOOT, ID, February 24, 2010 – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 7,790 square foot shopping center 100% leased to four tenants, three of which are nationally known and one that is locally known, located on an 0.73 acre pad site to a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Blackfoot, Idaho, to a Private Investor for $1.725 million.
