SJC Completes Sale of Whataburger in Houston, TX

Tulsa, OK,  – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 0.96 parcel leased to Whataburger Restaurants LP located at US Highway 59 & Northpark Drive in Kingwood, Texas  for $1,015,000.

Hunter Jaggard of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller. Joe Kboudi of Joe M. Kboudi Real Estate, Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction.

The property is strategically located at US Highway 59 and Northpark Drive and is part of a 23-acre development anchored by a state of the art 14 screen, stadium seating Starplex Cinema.
