Brad Pepin joined Stan Johnson Company as chief operating officer before moving into the brokerage and advisory side at SJC. Pepin offers his expertise to developers, real estate investment trusts, institutions and private equity groups in the retail, office and industrial market segments. With more than 23 years in real estate, finance, accounting and operational management, Pepin’s experience in chief financial officer, corporate controller, tax accounting and auditor roles provides his clients with a strong financial background that serves their net lease interests well.
