Brad Richardson has strong experience in sales and finance, as well as business and real estate development. Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Richardson began his ten-year career as a sales executive with Lyle Anderson Company, working in the high-end and commercial real estate markets, such as Loch Lomond in Scotland, Hokuli’a in Hawaii and Superstition Mountain and The Reserve in Arizona. Also at LAC, Richardson worked in business development and strategic planning roles to maximize market opportunities. Building on that experience, Richardson formed IBIS Venture, LLC to work directly with banks and other lending institutions to facilitate movement of distressed assets and nonperforming debt to investors.
