Andrew Ragsdale is an investment sales real estate broker who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant industrial, office and retail properties.  Ragsdale joined the firm in February of 2011 and has quickly established himself on Team Hedrick.  Ragsdale manages the team’s marketing and closing processes, wherein he facilitates their transactions from letter of intent to closing.  In this role, Ragsdale relies heavily upon his legal background, as well as his many years of diversified experiences within the commercial real estate industry.

Before joining the team at Stan Johnson Company, Ragsdale was a practicing transactional attorney with James, Potts & Wulfers, where he specialized in real estate transactional law.  The experiences and the perspective gained during this time continue to provide him with the resources and awareness he relies upon to guide his clients through the intricacies of the transactional process today.  Prior to his legal career, Ragsdale worked for Grubb & Ellis as an industrial real estate broker within the Dallas/Ft. Worth office, and served as a real estate title examiner for Buffalo Land and Title Co in Tulsa, OK.

While earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration finance at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Ragsdale completed an internship in media operations at the White House in Washington D.C., and went on to earn his law degree at the University of Tulsa, College of Law.
