As a top producing lead broker for Stan Johnson Company out of the corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Ken Hedrick brings more than nineteen years’ experience to his responsibilities in sales management and client relationship management, as well as business development and strategic planning for his team. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Hedrick was one of IBM’s youngest Regional Managers in the Data Storage Division. Hedrick was given the responsibility of covering key accounts for IBM including: Wal-Mart, Conoco Phillips and Sprint Nextel to name a few.
Hedrick was recruited to join SJC in October of 2005. He quickly proved himself and launched Team Hedrick, with partner Jerry Hopkins; in November of 2007. Since then, the team has closed over 150 transactions totaling more than $750MM in sales. An expert in retail, office and industrial single tenant deals, Hedrick’s notable transactions include the $114MM United Nations leased office building in Manhattan, a $60MM CVS portfolio, as well as, a $30MM Gander Mountain retail store located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
