With the company since 2003, Daniel’s strong finance and marketing background keeps him among the company and industry’s top producers. Prior to being promoted to Regional Director, Daniel played a significant role within his team in closing nearly 200 single tenant transactions valued in excess of $1.6 billion. Focused on leading business development initiatives on behalf of his team, he has developed key relationships across the country including key markets such as Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas & Houston.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Daniel spent four years in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP and later as an energy trader with Williams Energy Company.

Daniel is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
