Jeff, who joined Stan Johnson Company in 2004, is focused on providing value to his clients through advisory and the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties across the country. Through his tenure on the team, Jeff has been able to build strong relationships with various national and regional merchant developers, institutional REITs and high net worth individuals. Jeff has been instrumental in helping the company execute over $800 Million in transaction volume dating back to 2005. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Jeff was employed with Hilti, Inc., a global construction company, where he worked as a field engineer and consulted with architects, engineers, and contractors in the detail design of commercial and industrial building construction. Jeff's extensive technical expertise and analytical assessment abilities enable him to maintain a continual interactive relationship with key industry professionals.
