David brings over a history of mortgage banking business experience to the firm.  Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, David was senior director of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for overseeing loan originations in the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast.    

David's team offers debt placement solutions with a special focus on the single tenant net lease market. The group tailors financing needs with financial institutions that understand and desire net lease funding opportunities.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, David was with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in the commercial income property loan division.
