Phil has been involved in the management of all aspects of finance, strategic planning, information technology, and administration since 1979. Prior to joinging Stan Johnson Company, Phil was with Tulsa-based Mapco Inc. for 20 years. At the time of the Mapco-Williams Companies merger, Phil was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mapco.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of two NYSE companies: CNX Gas and Consol Energy Company. Phil received his finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and he is also a graduate of the University of Virginia's "The Executive Program."
