Hunter Jaggard serves as Associate Director for Stan Johnson Company’s Houston office where he specializes in the sale of net lease properties in Texas and throughout the United States. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions valued at nearly $500 million, representing several well known companies including, Developers Diversified Realty, Weingarten Realty, Gulf Coast Commercial Inc., and Ponderosa Land Development. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Mr. Jaggard worked for McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company where he was instrumental in working with clients on site acquisition and sales including Centerpoint Energy, Davis Development, specializing in locating retail, industrial, hotel and multifamily sites around the greater Houston, Dallas and Austin area. Previously, he worked in the High Tech Sales industry with Dell Computer Corporation. Active in the commercial real estate industry and the community, Hunter is a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the Houston Buffalo Bayou Partnership. A resident of Houston, he received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and is Team Captain of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and its MS 150 Bike Ride from Houston to Austin.
