Brett Butler joined Stan Johnson Company in 2009 as an Associate Director for the third Houston office team. Brett is focused on office, medical and GSA-leased properties. Prior to SJC he was a broker with Marcus & Millichap in Dallas for the last 3 years where he specialized in single-tenant and multi-tenant office and medical properties and closed more than $39M in transactions. Brett was ranked in the Top Ten of M & M's Dallas office for transactions in 2008. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Brett was a medical sales representative with Qualigen, Inc. where he was responsible for all regional sales and marketing efforts in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Arkansas and Colorado.
