Harold joined Stan Johnson Company in early 2005 and is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of the Investment Sales team. During his tenure, the production team has grown by 70% and gained significant market share in the Net Lease space. Harold brings extensive Fortune 100 management experience to Stan Johnson Company. Harold's successful 20-year tenure with IBM assisted him in the cultivation of his core business principles: integrity and professionalism. Harold's previous IBM roles included Worldwide Client Executive for MCI/WorldCom and Business Unit Executive covering mid-market telecommunications, media, entertainment and utility customers for the Western Region. Most recently, he was the Senior State Executive, responsible for IBM's overall business within the State of Oklahoma. Harold graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
