Bradley Feller serves as Associate for Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office where he specializes in the sale of net lease properties in the Midwest and throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Brad worked for the Chicago-based development firm, the IBT Group where he was responsible for the acquisition, coordination, and development of new retail and mixed use projects throughout the Midwest. Prior to his time at IBT, Brad was a Senior Analyst at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, specializing in placing conduit financing on all property types nationwide.

Active in the commercial real estate industry and the community, Brad is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Investors Association, Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago, and is the Co-Founder of the University of Michigan Real Estate Alliance.  A resident of Chicago, Brad majored in Economics, Political Science, as well as History, receiving his BA from the University of Michigan.
