Reed joined Stan Johnson Company in 2010 as an Associate Director and lead broker in the company's Houston office and brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Reed specializes in sale-leaseback, disposition and acquisition of net-leased retail properties in the Texas market and throughout the United States. Prior to SJC, Reed was an Associate Vice President with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in their Fort Worth office. During his time with Marcus & Millichap, Reed was recognized as the overall top broker in that office and one of the top net lease brokers in the company. Throughout his career in leasing, acquisitions and investment sales, Reed has completed in excess of 300 transactions valued at more than $450 million.
