About Austin

Austin Duff joined Stan Johnson Company in 2017 as an Associate in the Chicago office, where he advises private investors, developers, institutions, REITs, private equity firms and corporate users on all facets of net lease properties. Duff is directly responsible for executing the team’s disposition, acquisition and advisory assignments via direct sales, sale leaseback transactions and portfolio dispositions. He also plays an integral role in both new business opportunities and strategy development for new and existing client relationships. Additionally, Duff plays an active role in all aspects of the team’s property valuation, research, underwriting, financial analysis and marketing efforts.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Duff was a Senior Analyst for Wells Fargo in the Commercial Real Estate Group based in Chicago, where he was a member of one of the bank’s top origination teams. During that time, Duff worked closely alongside bank relationship managers throughout all phases of the loan origination and closing process, completing over $700 million in commitments for the acquisition and new construction of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and self-storage properties nationwide.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Duff was an Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle as a member of their Chicago-based Hotels & Hospitality Investment Sales team. Duff is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business with minor in Real Estate Investment Management.
