Erik Lundberg

Erik Lundberg is an associate vice president in Northmarq's Tulsa office. Erik holds nearly a decade of exceptional industry knowledge and relentless work ethic and specializes in net leased retail investment sales as a highly respected broker in the Tulsa office. 

Erik was a top performing broker at Marcus & Millichap and recognized with a national sales award in 2013 before joining Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Northmarq, Erik served as associate director at Stan Johnson Company. Spanning across the entire real estate industry in New York City, Erik was acknowledged by the Commercial Observer as a “Top 30 Under 30” real estate professional in 2012. Prior to entering the investment brokerage industry, Erik worked in financial consulting for John Hancock Funds, LLC in Boston and SunAmerica Funds, a subsidiary of American International Group, in New York. 

He holds a B.S.B.A. from Gettysburg College.
