Jocelyn Garcia is an associate in Northmarq’s New York office. Jocelyn is highly experienced in real estate, specializing in the sale and acquisition of single- and multi-tenant properties across the U.S. She is committed to building long-term relationships, maintaining superior market knowledge and negotiating systematically to consistently achieve favorable economic terms for her clients while structuring sale leasebacks and existing net lease transactions across all asset classes.

Prior to Northmarq, Jocelyn served as an associate at Stan Johnson Company (SJC) focusing on net lease investment sales. Before SJC, she was an associate at Ascension (formerly James Capital Advisors) where she developed her expertise in commercial real estate analysis, marketing and negotiation while structuring sale leasebacks and multifamily transactions. Prior to Ascension, Jocelyn worked as a marketing assistant at Kidder Matthews, preparing marketing packages and offering memorandums. She also served at Colliers International as a client service coordinator where she specialized in the marketing and coordination of multifamily investments. 

Jocelyn holds a B.S. in business administration and finance from California State University, Los Angeles. She is a dually licensed real estate salesperson in New York and California.
