Matt Spangenberg is an Associate Director and joined Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office in 2015. Spangenberg specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single- and multi-tenant net lease retail, industrial, and office properties throughout the United States. He leverages a diverse skill set and consultative, relationship-based approach to effectively guide clients through optimal asset positioning and transactional efficiency, thereby helping them maximize returns at both the property and portfolio level.

Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Spangenberg worked as an Investment Sales broker with Marcus & Millichap driving business development initiatives for a top shopping center advisory team. Additionally, Spangenberg is a licensed attorney, having previously practiced real estate law with a focus on real estate debt finance.
