Evan Plonis

Evan Plonis is an associate investment sales broker based in Northmarq’s Phoenix office. Evan has been involved in the commercial real estate space since 2020 and has centralized his focus on the self-storage industry. Evan’s experience in commercial real estate has allowed him to obtain the knowledge needed to ensure a seamless transaction process.

Before joining Northmarq, Evan was an investment advisor at Taylor Street, a local Arizona commercial real estate brokerage in Tucson. Evan brokered the sale of several multifamily properties and worked with investor types ranging from private 1031 exchange buyers to large syndications looking to expand their portfolio in Tucson.

Evan is currently on Dana’s Self Storage Association Memberships.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in sports management from Grand Canyon University.
