Sara Toiaivao

Based in Northmarq’s Tulsa office, Sara Toiaivao is a Marketing Coordinator. Prior to joining Northmarq, Toiaivao served as a Marketing Coordinator at Stan Johnson Company. She joined Stan Johnson Company in 2012 as a member of the property marketing department and transitioned to Jeff Hughes' team exclusively in 2014. As Marketing Coordinator for the largest broker team in the company, she creates marketing collateral, coordinates distribution schedules, manages project timelines, and efficiently promotes the team, brand and property listings. Toiaivao is a valuable member of the corporate staff known for her attention to detail and exceptional work ethic. Previously, Toiaivao worked as a marketing coordinator at Williams & Williams Real Estate Auction Company, where she focused on the production of marketing materials and email campaigns, property research and copywriting. Prior to her experience there, she spent five years at Winnercomm, a full-service advertising agency, as copy editor and creative services manager. Toiaivao has a bachelor’s degree in English from Oklahoma State University.
