After more than 30 years, we are just as excited today about building something great as when we started. At Stan Johnson Company we put trust, integrity, service and teamwork at the heart of all we do. This means we’ve created a culture where people achieve remarkable results; where we’re passionate about collaboration; and where we take care of each other, our clients and our communities because it’s the right thing to do.
Fit means putting the right professional in the right position to best meet our client's needs.
Integrity means acting consistently, honestly and with the highest ethical standards to secure our client's trust.
Relationships mean we seek to build long-lasting, trusted partnerships internally and with our clients so we can be a valued advisor.
Service means putting our client's needs first in all aspects of our business.
Teamwork means we support one another, are dependable and work together to achieve one goal.
National Day of Service
On October 26th, 2017, we held our first annual National Day of Service. Each of our offices across the country spent time giving back to their communities, focusing on needs related to Poverty. In Los Angeles, we spent time at The Midnight Mission serving dinner. In Atlanta, New York & Tulsa, we spent time at local food banks. In Chicago, our team went to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, assembling furniture and fixtures that had been donated. In Tulsa, we also spent time with Habitat for Humanity painting, caulking, & siding and the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless where we put together care packages and worked in the clothing room.
Joey Odom honored as Philanthropic Leader of Tomorrow
On November 9, 2017 at the annual National Philanthropy Day Luncheon, Joey was honored by the Atlanta chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as this year’s “Philanthropic Leader of Tomorrow,” a peer-nominated award for his impact on the community through Covenant House. The luncheon brings together hundreds of professional and volunteer fundraisers, individual philanthropists, and corporate and foundation grantmakers to celebrate the role of philanthropy and to recognize key individuals who have made an impact on their community. As one of the three honorees at this year’s event, Joey was invited to speak on his involvement in and efforts through Covenant House.
We highly value internal relationships and collaboration. This means we look for opportunities to celebrate one another, take time to serve together to meet the needs of our community, and of course, take time to have fun.
