Stan Johnson Company strives to provide opportunities for personal success and also serve the larger needs of our local communities so that all may thrive. Each year, Stan Johnson Company carves out time to encourage all our brokers and staff to join forces and partner with non-profit community service providers around the country. At Stan Johnson Company, our core values of Service and Teamwork motivate us to come together as a strong team, able to achieve more together than we can on our own, and empowering each of us to make a difference in the world around us.
Stan himself is fond of saying that part of the motivation in launching the firm over 30 years ago was to “help people achieve their hopes and dreams.” Today, Stan remains committed to servant leadership and recognizes that being a great company includes mobilizing our people to join together to work for good both inside and outside our offices.
