Working in real estate for almost 10 years, Marc Barber has been involved in a wide variety of investment sales, marketing, and underwriting assignments. As a licensed General Appraiser, Barber was engaged in valuations of office, retail, industrial, and apartment properties with a cumulative value over $500 Million.
Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Barber was a Partner with Palmer Capital, Inc. and focused on retail, office, and industrial investment sales transactions throughout the Western US. During Barber’s tenure at Palmer Capital, Inc. he participated in over $2 Billion in transactions in every Western primary market with experience in many secondary and tertiary markets. He has underwritten, marketed, and closed single-tenant to very multi-tenanted properties including ground leases, sale leasebacks, and equity placements.
