Matt Lipson, Associate Director in the West Region for Stan Johnson Company, has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience. He has provided guidance for transactions varying from Industrial Parks to Nationally Anchored Retail Centers. Lipson is recognized as a preeminent point of contact for Franchisor's and Franchisee's to expand their brand through site identification and sale-leaseback's. His vast experience and track record of successful transactions helps connect Seller's to publicly traded REIT's, Financial Institutions, Fortune 500 companies and private equity investors who accounted for the majority of retail transactions in 2017.
Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Lipson was a Senior Investment Broker with CIRE Partners, where he was instrumental in closing numerous commercial properties nationwide. Lipson was also previously an analyst for Marcus and Millichap. Prior to Real Estate, Matt was involved in various sales positions since the age of 14, including management positions at restaurants which provides him with a higher level understanding of the metrics and practices needed to successfully operate a business.
