Milo Spector is a Director and was hired alongside Chris Lomuto in 2016 to start Stan Johnson Company’s Walnut Creek office in the San Francisco area. He specializes in national leased investment sales of single and multi-tenant assets, with a significant track record in quick service restaurants and early education. His skill sets include sale-leaseback, merger and acquisition financing through real estate, portfolios, build-to-suit, standard acquisitions and dispositions, forward commitments, and 1031 exchanges. Spector’s clients consist of franchisees/operators, developers, high net worth individuals, and institutional investors.
Since joining Stan Johnson Company, Lomuto and Spector have teamed with Matt Lipson who has opened the Portland office. Spector, Lomuto and Lipson most notably assisted the co-founder of Gateway Academy schools (Cadence Education) with a disposition of a 21-unit portfolio encumbered by CMBS debt. In addition, Spector has successfully completed merger and acquisition style transactions in which he secured investors both institutional and high-net worth to acquire the real estate portion of a business acquisition.
