Nichole Trobare joined Stan Johnson Company in 2012. In her current role as Digital Product Manager, she oversees the digital strategies and interfaces for our clients as well as our internal sales and corporate teams. Beginning as Corporate Marketing Manager, her strategies and implementation of key marketing and analytics initiatives at the firm have helped to build the remarkable and differentiating platform of Stan Johnson Company today. She brings a dedication to improving the client experience, data-driven decision making, and an eye toward the future growth of clients.
Trobare has worked on key strategic projects, such as standardizing marketing production methods to allow a 400% efficiency increase in marketing output, and integrating behavioral re-targeting email campaigns resulting in a 169% increase in average open rates. She introduced digital marketing strategies, resulting in a 74% increase in buyer leads per deal, and designed a marketing automation and analytics platform. Recently, Trobare helped design a custom sales CRM platform for the company called Olympus.
Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Trobare was a Multimedia Designer at CFR Risk Management & Insurance Services, now Hub International. In this role, Trobare designed all client marketing materials and email marketing platforms, while developing and maintaining the website. She also worked on account-based marketing strategies, prepared sales presentations for top-level accounts and prospects, and worked closely with the executive and sales teams to analyze market data and develop growth strategies.
As an active mother of three, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and community service. Trobare has served on non-profit boards and in community leadership roles. She is committed to building a diverse and action-oriented culture both in her role at Stan Johnson Company, her home in Tulsa, and the greater commercial real estate technology community.
