A respected leader within the commercial real estate industry, Stan Johnson forged new paths in the single-tenant net lease market segment with the creation of Stan Johnson Company in 1985. By 1987, Stan Johnson Company focused solely on the sale, leaseback and exchange of single tenant net lease properties and set out to deliver unmatched service by maintaining high standards and a client-centered focus. Johnson encourages a team approach combined with an entrepreneurial spirit that delivers productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Since its inception, Stan Johnson Company has closed more than $30 billion in net lease transactions. Today the company is the authoritative organization in the net lease market nationwide, with $3 billion in annual transaction volume. Johnson is a certified public accountant, and earned his accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is an active member of CRE, SIOR, ICSC and CCIM.
Jeff Cox brings a history of excellence to Stan Johnson Company, with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. As Chief Operating Officer, Cox leads the multi-disciplinary team behind the SJC Platform including Finance & Accounting, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Research, Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Legal, Compliance and Administrative Services. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Cox was a senior managing director and alliance director for CRBE’s Global Corporate Services, where he increased staffing efficiencies, reduced operating expenses and implemented comprehensive energy management and labor efficiency programs to generate savings and increase client satisfaction. During his tenure at CBRE, he received Global Corporate Services Account Excellence, Corporate Transaction Management and President’s Team Performance awards. Prior to CBRE, Cox was a partner at Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas, and Development Manager for Disney Development Company, the real estate development arm of The Walt Disney Company.
Harold Briggs is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of Stan Johnson Company’s investment sales force, including company expansion plans, recruiting producers nationwide, establishing additional branches and supporting overall company growth initiatives. During his tenure, Stan Johnson Company has expanded to eight regional offices, grown annual sales volume by over 600 percent and exceeded $3 billion in annual net lease investment sales. Briggs brings extensive Fortune 100 management experience to Stan Johnson Company, including over 25 years with IBM, where he served as a worldwide client executive and business unit executive for MCI/Worldcom, covering mid-market telecommunications, media, entertainment and utility clients for IBM’s western region.
As Regional Managing Director, Myles Helm leads the development and growth of Stan Johnson Company’s west coast region. He oversees talent acquisition and team building initiatives. He also provides coaching to our brokerage teams ensuring that they provide outstanding advisory service that leads to value-add outcomes for our clients. As a member of our Executive Committee, Helm also provides strategic thought leadership in cultivating client relationships and business development opportunities for Stan Johnson Company.
