About Craig

Craig Tomlinson is a senior vice president located in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Craig is a 30-year industry veteran whose experience includes acquisitions, leasing, management and redevelopment of office, industrial and retail properties in several states. 

Craig has completed over $1.3 billion in single tenant investment sales, representing sellers and buyers alike. His clients range from institutions to private individuals. Craig leads a team of investment sales advisors whose primary focus is selling office and industrial properties. 

Before joining Northmarq, Craig served as a senior director and partner at Stan Johnson Company’s corporate headquarters. Before Stan Johnson Company, he worked for the Tulsa Port Authority as the director of Business Development. His role there included real estate development of the port’s 2,000-acre industrial park and managing their public finance trust. 

Craig holds an M.B.A. and B.A. in economics from the University of Oklahoma. He is an active member of CCIM and NAIOP and a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). Craig has also served as an office specialist for SIOR.
