Wyatt Groseclose is a vice president in Northmarq’s Charlotte, NC office where he focuses on the disposition, acquisition and capitalization of net lease industrial properties throughout the country. His clients include national and regional developers, high network investors, family offices and institutional owners with an emphasis on industrial net leased build-to-suit, renovation-to-suit and sale-leaseback transactions. 

Prior to Northmarq, Wyatt served as an investment sales advisor at Sands Investment Group within the industrial and flex asset class. During this tenure, his primary focus included dispositions of third-party logistics, distribution, transportation, and building supplier net-leased credit tenants. Recently, Wyatt has opened a new line of service for his renovation-to-suit developer clients managing site acquisitions for specific tenants which include site selection, lease-up strategies and underwriting, tenant improvements, post occupancy disposition analysis and portfolio strategies. 

Wyatt holds bachelor’s degrees in business management and entrepreneurship from Clemson University. He is also a member of NAIOP.
