Stan Johnson Company Completes $5.5m Sale of Fedex Ground in Aztec, New Mexico
Atlanta, GA – August 23, 2016 – In a deal that highlights the growing demand for a single-tenant net lease industrial facilities, Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the $5.5 million sale of a free-standing 37,157 square-foot industrial truck terminal 100% leased to FedEx Ground, located at 3000 Pepsi Way in Aztec, New Mexico.
This FedEx Ground industrial facility is located in Aztec, New Mexico within the Farmington, New Mexico Metropolitan Statistical Area. The property was a build-to-suit for FedEx in 2008 and was expanded in 2015. The property lies in the Dillon Industrial Park immediately off Highway 64, which runs from Arizona to North Carolina, and U.S. Route 500 connecting the facility to Durango, Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
