Stan Johnson Company Completes Sale of A Suburban Chicago Jewel-Osco
New York, NY, October 15, 2018 – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a single-tenant retail building located in Oswego, Illinois to Los Angeles, California-based ASAS, LLC.
Located at 3795 Orchard Road, the 62,000-square-foot building is fully leased to grocery retailer Jewel-Osco with an absolute triple net lease in place that has more than 19 years of primary term remaining. The lease also boasts consistent rental increases.
Stan Johnson Company’s Tom Georges and Jon Cohen represented the buyer, which was a private investor. The transaction closed in mid-September for an undisclosed price.
