Stan Johnson Company Opens San Francisco Office
Industry veterans Chris Lomuto and Milo Spector are first office hires
TULSA, OKLA., June 6, 2016 – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease investment brokerage firms, has opened a San Francisco office with the hiring of Bay Area commercial real estate veterans Chris Lomuto and Milo Spector. The San Francisco office will be part of the company’s West Region which is lead by Regional Director Sam Alison.
Lomuto and Spector have joined Stan Johnson Co. from NAI Northern California, where they brokered a range of investment sales, with a special emphasis on retail properties. As Associate Directors at the company, they will serve clients on all product types in major markets, particularly net lease retail properties in the western U.S.
“Chris and Milo not only bring impressive real estate expertise to our company, they also share our commitment to exceeding our clients’ expectations,” said Jeff Cox, Executive Managing Director at Stan Johnson Co. “These two leaders will increase our Northern California presence and enhance our proximity to our valued clients in the West.”
Prior to NAI Northern California, Lomuto worked for Shorenstein Properties where he delivered several hundred thousand square feet in lease commitments for the firm’s Market Square mixed-use redevelopment project in downtown San Francisco. Before that, he spent three years as a commercial property and construction manager at Trammell Crow Company and eight years as a project manager and estimator for several high performing commercial builders in Silicon Valley. Lomuto was a lead project manager on the Apple Computer account for three years and earned a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and an MBA in finance and accounting from UC Davis.
Spector worked at NAI Northern California for nearly three years, first as a net lease investment analyst and most recently teaming with Lomuto in investment sales. With strong lead generation and business development skills, he represents a wide range of clients from architects and developers to retailers, franchisees and high net-worth individuals. Spector also worked in the San Francisco Bay Area restaurant industry for several years and applies his knowledge to assist restaurant owners with expansion through sale-leaseback transactions and development opportunities. Spector received a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University in Business Marketing with an emphasis on B2B sales.
“Lomuto and Spector’s acumen in Bay Area investment sales plays to our overall strength in the net lease retail sector and will help us continue to meet the needs of clients in California and throughout the West region,” said Sam Alison.
Stan Johnson Company has expanded rapidly to a total roster of over 80 expert brokers, including, with the new San Francisco location, nine regional offices. Stan Johnson Co. also launched its new Corporate Finance platform in fourth quarter 2015 and plans to introduce more service lines this year.
