As Director of Business Intelligence and Information Technology, Amy Ward leads the innovative technology solutions at Stan Johnson Company, now part of Northmarq, providing proprietary data and intelligence to clients. This, in turn, helps them make effective decisions, maximize value and efficiently execute their real estate transactions. 

Ward joined Stan Johnson Company in 2013, and works to foster collaboration, innovation and insights across all offices, teams and individuals through our industry-leading digital platform. She previously spent more than 25 years as a management consultant, serving Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech manufacturing, business communications and healthcare vertical markets. 

Ward is known for her ability to drive into a project head-on, managing the people, budget, and deadlines associated with that project, and delivering outstanding results while proactively avoiding risk and pitfalls along the way. She’s a talented mentor and trainer and isn’t afraid to take on responsibilities outside of her comfort zone.
