A commercial real estate firm that focuses exclusively on net lease transactions involving retail, office, industrial, health care and sale-leaseback properties has opened an office in Cincinnati.

Stan Johnson Co. has opened its Cincinnati office with the hiring of Ryan Roedersheimer as associate director. Roedersheimer, who was most recently an investment broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Cincinnati office, will lead the firm’s local office.

“The transition to Stan Johnson Co. allows me to be a better adviser to my clients,” Roedersheimer said in a news release. “Their analytics and internal support are the benchmark in the industry, and my clients will be direct beneficiaries of this support.”

With the opening of the Cincinnati office, Stan Johnson Co. now operates 12 regional offices in addition to its Tulsa, Okla. headquarters. The Cincinnati office is the firm’s third in the Midwest.

Myles Helm, regional managing director at Stan Johnson Co., said Roedersheimer “has an excellent track record of success in the multi-tenant retail investment sales sector.”

“Ryan will play an integral role in growing our multi-tenant investment sales presence and market share in Southern Ohio and the surrounding markets,” Helm said.

The Cincinnati office of Stan Johnson Co. is located at 11 Garfield Place, inside the 1628 Ltd. coworking office space.

Stan Johnson Co. provides acquisition, disposition, capital markets and advisory services for institutions, developers, investment funds and private investors across the U.S. The firm has completed more than $30 billion in transactions nationwide.
