Stan Johnson Company, one of commercial real estate’s leading investment sales brokerage firms, announced today that Pat Weibel has rejoined the firm as a Director. After leaving in 2015 to pursue opportunities outside the organization, Mr. Weibel recently returned to help the company open a new office in the Southern California region, making it the firm’s second office in the Los Angeles metro area. With 15 years of real estate experience, Mr. Weibel focuses on the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets with an emphasis on retail and office properties in gateway markets. He has helped clients acquire and sell more than $5.0 billion of properties nationwide over the course of his career.
“I could not be more excited to be back at Stan Johnson Company and have the opportunity to open the newest Los Angeles office,” said Weibel. “Having been on both the brokerage and principal sides of the business, I’ve been able to interact with a number of different platforms and have found that Stan Johnson Company’s ability to access both the private and institutional markets is second to none. As someone who works in multiple markets across the U.S., the ability to give my clients access to the reach and depth of Stan Johnson Company’s capital base and buyer pool was an opportunity I could not pass up.”
Prior to rejoining Stan Johnson Company, Mr. Weibel was Executive Vice President at Pacific Star Capital where his team focused on ground-up developments for national tenants including Whole Foods, Target, and Wawa. Before that, he was a Senior Director at Thor Equities, opening their Chicago office and focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets for the western U.S. region.
“We’re thrilled to have Pat back at Stan Johnson Company,” said Myles Helm, Regional Managing Director at Stan Johnson Company. “He has such a strong knowledge of the net lease business which makes him an invaluable resource to his clients. We’re looking forward to continuing to grow our presence in the west region, and Pat’s commitment to starting a new office for us in Southern California will be an important driver of this growth.”
Mr. Weibel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and has supplemental real estate education through the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
