Along with the latest sales achievement, the company also recently opened an additional regional office in Los Angeles, California, making it the fourteenth office location outside of its Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters.

While client priorities have been always been at the forefront of Stan Johnson Company’s focus, in recent years they have played an even more important role in the company’s growth strategy as investors have diversified their portfolios and development pipelines beyond the company’s original core concentration of single-tenant net lease investment sales.

With the recent addition of multi-tenant retail brokers in Chicago, Illinois and Cincinnati, Ohio, the company is programmatically expanding its multi-tenant investment sales presence across the nation, looking for additional opportunities to support clients and add leading real estate professionals in key markets. Other areas of continued growth for the firm include industrial, office, and healthcare, among other specialty uses and services.
