Chicago, Illinois, July 15, 2019 – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of 241 Silverwood Commercial Drive, a single-tenant medical office building leased to Healthcare Corporation of America. The 7,564-square-foot property is located in Rincon, Georgia, a northwest suburb of Savannah.
The property was purchased by a Chicago, Illinois-based buyer, which was exclusively represented by Rachel Walz, Associate in Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office.
“We achieved an extremely favorable return for our buyer client,” said Walz. “They are thrilled to own a highly sought-after medical property in the area’s primary medical corridor.”
The property is located in one of the fastest growing areas of the Savannah MSA and is a high-value location for the tenant. The asset traded on June 13, 2019 for $1.7 million. The seller and the cap rate were not disclosed.
