Brandon Duff and Matt Spangenberg of Stan Johnson Company exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia-based seller and procured a Florida-based 1031 exchange buyer, who paid full asking price at approximately $4.7 million.
